  • Maximum two pets per home
  • Weight limit: 50 lbs (Dogs 30 lbs or heavier only permitted on the ground floor)
  • Non-refundable pet fee: $250
  • Monthly pet rent: $35 per pet
  • Breed restrictions apply: (no full or mix) kitas, Chows. Dobermans. Hybrid Wolves. Pit Bulls (Including American Staffordshire Terriers). Rottweilers. Mastiffs, German Shepherds, Huskys, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Cane Corso, Great Danes.
