Pet Policy

  • Cats and dogs welcome
  • Maximum two pets per home
  • Weight limit: 50 lbs
  • Non-refundable Pet Fees: 1 Pet: $399, 2 Pets: $499
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $60 per pet
  • Breed restrictions apply: Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, Wolf hybrids, Pit Bulls (Inlcuding American Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweilers, Mastiffs, German Shepherds, Huskys, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Great Danes, and any mixed, breeds of the above mentioned
  • No caged or exotic animals are permitted. No aquariums are permitted or fish tanks over 5 gallons
  • All pets subject to management approval
