  • 50 lb weight limit
  • Non-refundable pet fee: cats $250, Dogs $400
  • Monthly pet rent: $45 Per Pet
  • Breed restrictions apply: Akitas, Chows, Hybrid Wolves, Pit Bulls (including American Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweilers, Mastiffs, German Shepherds, Huskies, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Cane Corsos, and any mixed breeds of any restricted breeds
  • All Pets Subject to Management Approval
